("we", "our" or "us") at B-1/D-4, Ground Floor, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044 as the data fiduciary of your personal data intend to process your personal data collected in the context of providing DENSO sense Service (“Services”). In this respect, we would collect and process your personal data for the purposes as specified below.

  • Contact number (including Whats App ID)

  • Address

  • Vehicle related information (Vehicle Identification Number and publicly registered information)

  • Accident/Repair history

  • Automotive parts replacement history

  • To provide optimized car maintenance information through contact app such as WhatsApp (DENSO sense Service).

  • To provide products, services and information (including after sales services such as maintenance and repair) that you request (based on contract or legitimate interests)

  • To inform you about promotions, events, updates, offers and news related to the Services.

  • To notify you about changes to our Services, or any additional services that we may offer.

  • To improve our products or services we provide to you (based on legitimate interests)

  • For internal recordkeeping and analytical purposes including data analysis, auditing and research.

  • To conduct sales analysis, investigations, and research; to develop new services (based on legitimate interests)

  • To ensure compliance with legal obligations (such as record keeping obligations), compliance screening obligations (to prevent white-collar or money laundering crimes), and our policies or industry standards (based on legal obligation or legitimate interests)

  • To solve disputes, enforce our contractual agreements and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (based on legal obligation or legitimate interests)

We clearly declare here that we will only collect and process your personal data as is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes” and will not be used for any other purpose. We will process your personal data only till the purposes mentioned are served.

Your consent is voluntary and informed and not legally or contractually prescribed. The only result of refusal of your consent is that we cannot provide you of DENSO sense Service.

You have the right to withdraw your consent free of charge at any time, e.g., by email to ap_diin_supportsense@ap.denso.com, and the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing or transferring based on consent before its withdrawal. If you do so, your personal data will be erased, unless there is any legal requirement to retain it.
